How do I determine my wig size?
To find your fit, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, and back to the other ear. Most adults wear an 'Average' size, but we also offer 'Petite' and 'Large' options.
What is the difference between synthetic and human hair wigs?
Human hair wigs offer the most natural look and feel, and can be styled with heat tools. Synthetic wigs are more affordable and retain their style after washing, but are generally sensitive to heat unless labeled as 'heat-friendly'.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Wigs must be in their original condition, unworn, uncut, and in the original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your order sooner.
Can I style my wig with heat tools?
You can use heat tools on human hair wigs and heat-friendly synthetic wigs. However, traditional synthetic wigs will melt if exposed to high temperatures. Always check the product specifications before applying heat.
How often should I wash my wig?
We recommend washing your wig every 6-8 wears or every 2-3 weeks, depending on your activity level and the amount of styling products used.
